Anna Small is an Orlando/Seminole/Timucua territory based licensed acupuncture physician, herbal pharmacologist and reiki master. Originally from Buffalo, NY where she attended Buffalo Seminary, Anna did her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh.

While always interested in Chinese philosophy and culture, Anna attributes her passion for acupuncture to a crucial experience in her younger life. She is lucky to have a practitioner in the family and was able to seek acupuncture at a pivotal moment. Anna hopes to empower others to have similar breakthroughs with integrative medicine. Anna believes in the power of the mind/body connection. She is a master of the Usui style of reiki, helping clients across the country through the process of distance healing. Seeing the impact of COVID inspired her to finally follow her dreams in healthcare.

Skincare has been a passion of Anna’s for many years. Finding products with clean ingredients became an obsession, ultimately leading to the creation of Small Steps.

Anna is at her best when encouraging the creativity of others. Her range includes everything from small 2D projects to large installations. She prides herself on living an intentional life. She connects with spirit through many practices, including her art.

Anna is now available for acupuncture sessions, herbal consultations, and facial rejuvenation.
